The Fale Fácil Voip application for Bitrix24 offers integration with your Bitrix24 to make calls simply by clicking on the phone number of your Contact, Lead or Business.

With full registration in Bitrix24 of calls made through the call panel and on the respective cards, our integration also sends the call recording to the system, so you will have full control over calls made and received on your Bitrix24.

We have two operating modes that suit your needs, so you can choose between installing our app on all users' machines (in this mode, calls made and received are recorded separately), or receiving a call directly on your Bitrix24 , if the need to install our app on the user's machine (in this mode, all your calls will be registered as received)

After installing the app, log in with your Fale Fácil username and password, received by email, and choose how to use the app from the two possible options, activating or deactivating the button.

CALLBACK DISABLED

Check the table shown below step 1, and configure your telephone users according to the table, assigning internal numbers and selecting the Fale Fácil application as the number to make calls.

When clicking on the desired number, the Fale Fácil application, your IP phone, or the SIP application with your Fale Fácil account connected will be activated. Answer the call and talk to your customer normally. In this mode, calls will be registered as made.

ACTIVE CALLBACK

Click on the user configuration button and configure the internal numbers for each of them. Freely choose internal numbers between 3 and 4 digits and select the Fale Fácil application as the number to make calls.

When you click on the desired number, you will receive a call directly on your Bitrix24, eliminating the need to use other apps installed on your machine. Answer the call and talk to your customer normally. In this mode, all calls will be registered as received.

To receive calls, configure the Bitrix24 cloud PBX normally, choosing the direction of incoming calls in the call routing option. You can configure URAs, queues or direct calls directly to the person responsible for the contact, lead or deal in Bitrix24.
